The JPEG Quality slider in the Flash Export Settings dialog box controls the amount of JPEG file compression that Toon Boom Studio applies to bitmaps in your animation when you export to Macromedia® Flash.
The lower you set the quality, more compression you apply, and the smaller your final file size becomes. However, the quality of your images may be noticeably affected.
